Expect the launch number to climb well past whatever the trailers showed, because that is how every GTA has worked. GTA 5 shipped with a large roster and then grew for years through updates.
Treat any hard vehicle count you see today as an estimate, including mine.
Cars actually spotted in the trailers
A handful of vehicles are clear enough on screen that the community has identified them with real confidence. These are the safest bets, and even here Rockstar has not officially named them:
- Vapid Stanier style sedan, a working-class four-door in the vein of a Ford Crown Victoria, seen in Trailer 1.
- Albany Emperor style luxury sedan, a big Cadillac-flavored cruiser, seen in Trailer 2.
- Pfister Comet style sports car, the recurring Porsche-inspired coupe the series keeps bringing back.
- Bravado Banshee family, one of the most iconic GTA sports cars, which fans are confident returns.
- Classic muscle, lifted trucks, swamp airboats, and beach cruisers, all of which fit the Leonida setting Rockstar built around a Florida parody.

- Aircraft show up too, with light planes and a blimp spotted in the trailers. Airboats gliding through swampland hint at how much of the map is wetland.
None of these have official model lists yet. What is fair to say is that GTA 6 clearly covers land, sea, and air, same as GTA 5, and the water and swamp focus is new.
Driving and car features Rockstar has shown
